Service Policy
Edgetong’s Customer Service Center has three locations:
Beijing, Shanghai and Haining. Edgetong Networks
believes the best customer service can guarantee our
customers to have a secured network. Therefore, we have
set goals from the beginning to create a highly
experienced network security service team and determine
to provide high quality services to our customers.
When Edgetong continues making progresses in the area of
Network Security, a multi-dimension, multi-level
customer service infra structure has been setup. In the
same time, a team of network security experts and highly
trained security engineers has been setup. Edgetong
Service Center provides a whole set of customer services
which should satisfy the customer needs during the
different periods of a network product’s life cycle.
This includes, planning, design, implementation,
operation and optimization for customer’s network
Security systems. From our view, these services should
greatly improve the reliability, stability and security
in security applications. Our service personals have
participated many major customer projects. With their
rich knowledge, superior experience and professional
services, they have won the trusts from our customers.
Edgetong Service center provides 24 x 7 hours per week
service and one-on-one contact to our Customers. This
should greatly help the needs from our customers. When a
customer requires technical support, Customer Service
center will send our service personals from the nearest
location to troubleshooting and analyzing the issue. In
the meanwhile, our customer Service Center will continue
to monitor the progress for all events until they get
resolved.
The results of all problems will be recorded to our knowledge
database and they will be used as references in our
future services.
